Actual Minesweeper
A downloadable abomination
Welcome to the minefield, mother !!!!
you play as a soldier escaping from a scary military assassin named Scheizer Meinkopfer (you are unarmed)(that is not an actual part of the gameplay), but woe be upon yee, theres a minefield on the way to wherever you want to go. Now you need to get from its upper left corner to the bottom right corner to escape and win.
You dont see mines, but have some tools for help..
Mines around - See the word "Minesweeper" in the name? You can see the amount of mines in the 8 surrounding tiles. Alone this is useless, but you also have...
Mines on x - See the amount of mines directly on the tiles to the left and to the right of you. If it says 1 it means there is a mine on either your left or right, if 2, there are mines on both sides.
Mines on y - Same as the x one but above and below.
You also have some, now actual, TOOLS for help:
Boot made for walking - you can walk, this ability was given to you somewhere after your birth and allows to move to one of the 8 surrounding tiles. Not further though
SHOVEL - you have two chances to not care and just dig up a tile of your choice (still from the 8 surrounding ones). You can remove a mine if its there - or nothing, and just waste the opportunity.
Pencil AND Eraser - Minesweeper allowed to put flags and question marks but thats honestly just for losers so you are provided with an ability to just straight up draw on the field with the Left mouse button and erase your art with the Right mouse button. Id say its useful.
And for the controls, my beloved....
1,2,3 - select tools mentioned above. I tried making all the controls obvious in the ui but ehh i guess mentioning them here wont hurt
esc - reset the game
This is a proper remake of a game i initially made on Python out of text. But now its comprehensible and actually fun. I hope. Pls.
